March Madness 2025

It's March, and you know what that means... March Madness! If you don't know how this works, here's the rundown. You submit 10 songs and 5 extras in order of how much you enjoy the song. Think of the extras as seeds #11-15. I will only use your extras if somebody submits one of your ten songs are submitted by someone else.

Once the entry phase is over, I will make the bracket and you will vote for your favorite songs in each matchup. I will randomly do this by using an online wheel, and don't worry, your songs won't go against each other in the first round. The songs will be anonymous until they lose/win to prevent any chance of the competition being rigged. You can vote for your own songs. 

Here's the submission form, I'll give you until Sunday, March 23 to submit. Extensions will be provided if needed.

Round 1: The Qualifiers

Well, I've finally started this! There were only four submissions, so I decided to add the two highest ranking extras left after your ten songs into your songs competing. Also, if you had a song taken before you, I just bumped everything up a seed. With that being said, here are the matchups for Round 1.

Wow, Ethan only has three songs left! Hallett only had one song left after Round 2 in last year's May Madness, but that one song (Olivia Rodrigo's vampire) ended up winning, so it is still anyone's game!

The matchups are posted below, and you can fill out the form right here. The due date for this round will be Sunday, July 6. The results will be out shortly after that. Some matchups were re-arranged to prevent scenarios with two songs submitted by the same person facing off. This is the last round that matches will be re-arranged for that reason.
