Remember this chart? This was one of my first attempts at a personal chart, and I liked the idea of it, so I decided to bring it back as sort of a Hit-Bound for my personal chart. I've tweaked the criteria a bit, so now to be eligible to chart here, a song only has to have not made the Mediabase CHR/Pop Top 50 (on a published update) or the Hits 1 Weekend Countdown.
