Burning Down finally makes its way out of the Abyss and onto here. This song is great. The production is good, and Alex Warren sounds pretty good too. My only complaint is we could have had Troubled Waters instead of this.

JENNIE makes it to the Countdown, despite only getting spins midway through the week. Mantra is pretty great as well. JENNIE sounds good, and the production is amazing. Now there's three members from BLACKPINK on the countdown, so hopefully this does as well as the others (assuming APT. ends up becoming a big hit).

Last week's Countdown Extra makes it to the real Countdown this week, and it's yet another great song. Gigi Perez sounds pretty good, and the production is great. I'm hoping to see this at least make the top 15, but I think it'll probably underperform.

The only reason I know Griff is because she opened for Taylor Swift one night in London. Anyways, she's here with last night's mascara. This one is pretty okay. The production is good but basic, and Griff's voice is just okay. I will definitely forget what this song sounds like by Monday.

Please don't make Myles Smith the next Jessie Murph, Henry Moodie, Hayes Warner, Alex Warren, Ashe, or Knox please. Nice To Meet You is yet another bad song from him. His voice is awful here, and the production sounds like an Andy Grammar song but 10 times worse. Hopefully both of his songs dropout next week. In the meantime, I'll be listening to Stargazing.

We only lost São Paulo this week. This could be done, or it could be in the Abyss. Either way, it was a great song.

Hit-Bound needs cleared out. What are we holding onto Mantra and Sailor Song for? They're on the countdown, so we could get 2 other songs. I also literally can't remember what half of these songs sound like. The only songs I've came back to in the past week are That's So True and Bye Bye Bye. The rest can go. I might make an improved Hit-Bound later that actually makes sense.

Notes:

- We lost The Emptiness Machine (again), Austin, and Love Somebody. The Emptiness Machine definitely did great for what it was destined to be, and Love Somebody got robbed. Austin got 32 weeks, which might be a new record, so I'm totally fine with it leaving.

- Yeah Katy's not doing anything.

- Basically everything new from last week jumped besides Moonlit Floor (Kiss Me). 

- Could we have ditched Forever Young for Love Somebody or The Emptiness Machine?

- Glad Disease and So High School are looking to be big hits.

- There was a lot of small jumps and drops this week, which is kind of underwhelming.

- Looks like I Can Do It With A Broken Heart might make it to 30 weeks, depending if So High School is officially announced as the next single.

- Why'd Die With A Smile drop? I thought this was going to be #1 this week? Oh well, it'll probably rebound next week.

- BIRDS OF A FEATHER holds at #1 again! I'm happy for Billie, but I'd rather see Die With A Smile or HOT TO GO! up there.
